The Federal Civil Service Commission publishes the full shortlist on the official recruitment portal. Follow these steps below to check your name:

  • Firstly, go to the FCSC Portal via recruitment.fedcivilservice.gov.ng.
  • To access your applicant dashboard, enter your registered email address or application number, along with your password.

All shortlisted candidates must bring the following documents to the screening centre. Missing any item may disqualify you on the day.

  • Birth Certificate or Age Declaration photocopies for age verification
  • Photocopies of your First School Leaving Certificate, WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB result, and your tertiary institution certificate.
  • WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB scratch cards are required for on-site result verification
  • Completed Identification Form that will be signed by one of the following: the Chairman or Secretary of your Local Government Area, a military officer of Commander rank or above, or a Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) or higher from your state of origin.
  • Parent or Guardian Consent Form
  • Four recent passport photographs signed and stamped on the back by the official who signed your Identification Form
  • Printed online application submission slip generated when you submitted your application on the portal
